Lineage EDGE: Developing the next generation of cold chain leaders

Our EDGE program—Exposing Development, Growth, and Experience—is a U.S.-based rotational program designed to accelerate the careers of early talent in supply chain logistics. Participants work across multiple business units, gaining hands-on leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics and engineering, helping advance their careers at Lineage.
